Fliplibrary.com ("the Site") uses the general terms of use applied to all websites under E-Book Systems, Inc. Please read the General Terms of Use here. The Terms of Use may be changed from without notification.

By entering and using the Site, you accept these Terms of Use and agree to be legally bound and subjected to them. Acceptance of the Terms of Use creates a binding legal agreement between you and Fliplibrary.com that you will comply with the Terms of Use and use the Site only in a manner that is consistent with these Terms of Use. Your use of the Site is conditioned on these Terms of Use and your compliance with them. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, do not access the Site or use any of its services.

Users who violate the Terms of Use may have their Flipbooks, or portions thereof, suspended, deleted or removed without warning. Fliplibrary.com will not return removed FlipBooks to the user. Fliplibrary.com is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from removal of user's FlipBooks.

Specific Terms of Use

These Terms of Use is specific to the Fliplibrary site. It does not replace the General Terms of Use.

1. Who can add FlipBook links into Fliplibrary.com?

Anyone may add FlipBook links into Fliplibrary.com automatically by entering the relevant information required in an online form. The online form to add flipbook links is found at http://www.fliplibrary.com/registration/.

2. Can I add more than one FlipBook?

You can add as many FlipBook links as you like.
FlipBook links submitted to the Site may undergo a period of screening. Fliplibrary.com is not responsible for submitted content or content residing in foreign servers.

3. What is stored in Fliplibrary.com?

The contents of your flipbooks are not stored in Fliplibrary.com. Only a link (URL) to your flipbook is stored in Fliplibrary.com. Your FlipBook contents may be hosted on your site or other hosting sites like myflipbooks.com

4. What else besides FlipBook links is stored?

Other particulars that identify the owner of the flipbooks like name and email are also stored. Also FlipBook descriptions and search keywords. The submission of the information is not required and is provided solely on the discretion of the FlipBook owner. The information is used only for search indexes. Fliplibrary.com will not distribute these information to any third party.

5. What if FlipBooks I submit to Fliplibrary.com are lost or corrupted?

Fliplibrary.com urges all users to maintain your own backup versions of their FlipBooks to guard against losses of any kind. Fliplibrary.com is not responsible for any loss of data and/or files, nor is it required to return any data, resulting from Fliplibrary.com's suspension or deletion of data and/or files, network or system outages, file corruption or for any other reason.

6. Fliplibrary.com may amend these Terms of Use at any time.

You agree that Fliplibrary.com reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate Fliplibrary.com services or any part of the services.

7. The General and Specific Terms of Use is the entire agreement between You and Fliplibrary.com.

These Terms of Use are the entire agreement between you and Fliplibrary.com and govern your use of the Fliplibrary.com Site and services. The failure of Fliplibrary.com to enforce any right or provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of the right or provision. If any portion of this agreement is deemed to be invalid, the other portions of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.
